I was in the thick of PPA and didn’t know where to turn, I didn’t feel like therapy was worth the financial stress so I looked to other outlets. This app has gotten me through so much!

I am Sahm of 6 yrs old and under including twins and 4 months old infant. I was skeptical before, because didn’t know anything about meditation ( never tried before) but I had the habit of laying my head down and closing my eyes, so I was like why not try this and also am neurodivergent person, I have anxiety too, am healing from perfectionism, I get overwhelmed with noises and lack of fresh air because it is extremely cold outside, so when I put my earphones and lay my head down and listen to the voice of the person, at end I feel refreshed, like I took a nap, but how about the the voice that feels like a free therapy( to me at least), and I am someone who loves kids but happen to be wired differently, I love the a idea of feeling empathy for the kids and that kids aren’t trying to give you hard times, they already having one.

I love the person voice, it is an amazing choice because it is gentle and calming. Because of this App I feel I have people on my side who understand how motherhood isn’t easy. Am on tight budget am so glad I can afford it, I love the onetime payment and using it a whole year. Thank you the people who developed this app, you guys are making the journey of motherhood enjoyable for me.
